I stopped in to record a podcast and was also able to enjoy som great Kava as well. What a unique spot to enjoy while in Tampa. Great vibes, Great Teas, Matte’s, and Kava. Print shop, multiple chess boards, and a medication area out back for those with their medical 🌱 cards. I will definitely be back!

As someone who works in the kava industry and has been to every kava bar in the Bay Area, I am very happy to say Dignitary is a must visit. Located in South Tampa off Westshore, you can already feel at home when you walk up to the Rasta decorated location. The owner, Ian, is so friendly, always going out of his way to talk to customers and provide great service along with the rest of the staff. One of the bartenders, Ali, is absolutely wonderful to be around. On my weekends when I’m off work from my kava bar, this is where I go to hang out! I am thankful for them and that it is only a mile from my house. A must go to if you love chess, good people, chill atmosphere, pool, & arcade games!

The atmosphere is really laid back. The Kavatenders are very friendly and knowledgeable. The Kava is strong and doesn't take much before you feel it kicking in. I love the card holder hangout area outside! But most of all my husband and feel like we found our new hang out spot after giving up booze months ago. It feels good to feel like an adult again! Staff and patrons were very respectful of my assistance dog, so on the accommodation front it was awesome. Kratom was good, fine prices. The patrons are the primary draw, nice social environment. Wheelchair accessibility: Not to go alone with a manual wheelchair, it would be pretty difficult to get over a curb out front and one to the patio. Isles are a tad narrow but maneuverable.
